Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Saturday, 10-13 hour shifts AM & PM (flexible based on staffing needs)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee dialysis delivery and provide compassionate patient care at Puget Sound Kidney Centers
Educate patients to empower them in their health journey
Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure top-notch team performance
Adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and care plans
Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications with precision
Participate in quality improvement projects that make a real difference
Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists for holistic care

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact
Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Previous dialysis experience required
Acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills
