Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
Communicate changes in patient status to nursing staff and document appropriately
Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for patients
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
Active or eligible for CNA practice in Pennsylvania
Comfortable providing direct patient care and assisting with ADLs
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
CPR/BLS certification encouraged (if available, please list on application)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program (implied by certification)

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Basic infection control and patient safety practices
Experience with patient lifting and safe transfer techniques
Good time management and reliable documentation habits
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
