Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Measure and record vital signs, report changes to the nursing team promptly
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated care
Accurately document care delivered and communicate effectively during shift handoffs

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and a team player mindset

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and comfort measures
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Infection control and standard precautions
Clear, professional communication with patients and the care team
Basic charting and documentation practices
