Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients with dignity
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and facility procedures at all times

Qualifications

Active CNA certification valid in Georgia
Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtained upon hire as required by facility
Ability to pass required background checks and any facility screening

Education

High school diploma or GED required; current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and observational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with basic vital signs, patient transfers, and charting
Compassionate bedside manner and solid time management
