Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on physical therapy evaluation and treatment to optimize patient function and independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments
• Collaborate with clinic staff and community partners to coordinate comprehensive rehabilitation care
• Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention, and recovery goals
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in the clinic EMR to ensure continuity of care
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while upholding clinic values of faith, family, fairness and fun

Qualifications

• Current PT license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain state licensure)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• BLS/CPR certification (current)
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; travel therapy experience is a plus
• Ability to pass background check and meet clinic immunization requirements
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent professional PT degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in musculoskeletal assessment and manual therapy techniques
• Experience with outpatient rehab protocols and therapeutic exercise progression
• Familiarity with common modalities and assistive device training
• Proficient documentation skills and comfort using electronic medical records
• Excellent patient education, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal skills
