Roles & Responsibilities

Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures with precision and care
Anticipate the surgeon's needs to keep procedures running smoothly
Support the surgical team by maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all tools are ready when needed

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
BLS/BCLS certification required
Less than 1 year of experience welcome
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during operations
Comfortable working varied shifts in a dynamic OR setting
