Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled swing bed settings
Develop personalized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services
Treat an average of 8 patients per day, ensuring quality time with each individual
Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Physical Therapy degree required
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but new graduates will receive training and support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy expertise across multiple care settings
Ability to treat diverse patient populations
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
