Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and therapy colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
- Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
- Document care and progress with attention to detail and compliance
- Build genuine connections with patients recovering from fractures, sports injuries, and more
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
- BLS certification
- IP/OP experience strongly preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in treating general orthopedic, neurologic, and wound care patients
- Comfortable working across inpatient acute, skilled, and outpatient environments
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
