Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility and strength
Provide compassionate inpatient care on Saturdays to support patients during their recovery journey
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a close-knit community setting

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
Inpatient care protocols and patient safety standards
Treatment planning and progress documentation
Patient education and motivation strategies
