Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic therapy sessions
Occasionally support acute inpatient evaluations when needed
Create meaningful connections with patients and families while delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and developmental milestones
Treatment approaches for autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Aquatic therapy experience is a plus
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
Documentation and time management skills
