Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate physical therapy care to patients in their homes across greater Sacramento county
Treat a diverse caseload including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients
Help patients regain mobility and independence in familiar surroundings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervisors

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum experience preferred, new grads considered in exceptional cases
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in home health settings
Reliable transportation for patient visits

Knowledge & Skills

Home health experience preferred
Comfortable treating varied diagnoses
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Compassionate bedside manner
Tech-savvy for documentation and communication
