Shift Type: Variable days, 8-hour shifts: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM with call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment in a fast-paced OR
Assist surgeons during orthopedic surgeries, robotics, and general cases
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and ensure all instruments are ready
Handle and pass instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision
Participate in call rotations to support emergency and weekend surgeries

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of OR experience with a focus on orthopedics
Active Washington State Surgical Tech license at time of submittal
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
CST certification through NBSTSA is preferred
Robotics experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic surgical procedures and instrumentation
Proficiency with EPIC charting system
Strong sterile technique and infection control practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing case volumes
