ICU Registered Nurse - Nights + Call

Location: Globe, Arizona

Start Date: 07-17-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts with on-call requirement (24-hour call shifts as needed). Specific days determined upon assignment.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-acuity critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and administering medications
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Float to Med Surg department when needed to support patient coverage
Participate in on-call shifts (24-hour duration) to ensure continuous patient care
Document patient progress accurately using Meditech 6.0 EMR system
Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a safe healing environment

Qualifications

Active Arizona RN license or compact state license
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum 3 years of ICU nursing experience
Willingness to float to Med Surg as needed
Ability to take on-call shifts as required
No permanent address within 100 miles of Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and clinical judgement skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with Meditech 6.0 EMR preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
