Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a rehabilitation setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition regularly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least one year of experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or a related setting
Ability to work night shifts and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in medication administration and wound care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
