Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry patients and interpret cardiac rhythms to ensure early detection of changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with precision and care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress and report significant changes to physicians promptly
Educate patients and families on condition management and discharge plans

Qualifications

Current California RN license in good standing
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Telemetry or critical care experience preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
Skilled in patient assessment and monitoring
Expertise in medication administration and IV therapy
Effective team collaboration and patient advocacy
Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
