Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care and assistance with daily activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Assist with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS (CPR) certification
Compassionate attitude and excellent bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to assigned shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in basic patient care techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of infection control practices
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
