Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 35

Bill Rate: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with short-term conditions, hip/knee replacements, and neurological issues
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Kaiser physicians and nursing staff
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in weekend rotation to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license
Experience in acute or subacute rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in neurorehabilitation and orthopedic rehab
Proficient with electronic health records
Knowledge of short-term rehab and hip/knee replacement protocols
Patient education and family training skills
