Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and support a multidisciplinary rehab team across OT, SLP, and PT disciplines
Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
Lead and participate in facility meetings to align rehab goals with management
Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives
Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
Oversee timely completion of documentation and perform chart audits

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as an OT, SLP, or PT
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Active Missouri professional license in applicable discipline

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical supervision and staff management skills
Knowledge of compliance and documentation standards
Understanding of multidisciplinary rehab disciplines (OT, SLP, PT)
Experience in LTC and rehab settings
