Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Sunday, July 19, 2026, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12-hour shift with 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Document patient care accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
Completion of COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption
Ability to work per diem shifts as needed
BLS certification preferred
Previous long-term care experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical nursing skills including medication administration and wound care
Patient assessment and critical thinking
Effective communication and teamwork
Time management and adaptability
Electronic health record proficiency
