Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Triage patients quickly and accurately based on acuity
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocols
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document thorough assessments and interventions in the electronic medical record
Ensure a safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency department environment

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of emergency nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing principles and practices
Advanced cardiac life support and trauma nursing
Patient assessment and triage
Emergency medication administration and monitoring
Team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
