Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a supportive LDRP environment
Circulate and scrub for cesarean sections in the OR suite
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
Respond to obstetrical emergencies with confidence and skill
Collaborate with OB techs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe deliveries
Read and interpret fetal monitoring strips to support positive outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license (Oregon license not required at time of submittal - 90-day emergency license available)
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience circulating and/or scrubbing for cesarean sections
Comfortable titrating drips and managing high-risk OB patients

Knowledge & Skills

Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother Baby expertise
Fetal monitoring and EFM interpretation
Emergency response for hypertension and hemorrhage
GE Centricity EFM system familiarity
Team collaboration in a closed unit setting
