Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4-10 hour day shifts with evening/weekend call rotation

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in Pre-Op and Post-Op Phase II
Coordinate quality nursing care using ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain professional nursing standards
Support shared governance and the hospital's nursing vision
Provide leadership while working cooperatively with fellow healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Active Colorado RN license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Minimum 3 years RN experience in Day Surgery, PACU, or Procedure areas
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through American Heart Association
Epic experience preferred as facility transitions from Meditech

Education

Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and care coordination abilities
Comfortable with Pre-Op and Post-Op Phase II procedures
Experience with IV infusion (non-chemo)
Ability to handle evening and weekend call rotations
Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Epic
