Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM with some charge responsibilities after hours (3:00 PM - 7:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate in the cardiovascular operating room performing open heart and vascular procedures
Assist anesthesia with induction and ensure smooth patient transitions from pre-op to PACU or inpatient units
Fulfill charge responsibilities during designated after-hours periods
Float to Main OR when needed to support the broader surgical team
Provide exceptional care during both open and percutaneous vascular procedures

Qualifications

Active RN license with strong CV experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
CNOR certification preferred
Ability to scrub and circulate in CVOR procedures
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with open heart procedures strongly preferred
Familiarity with hybrid operating suites beneficial
Comfortable floating between CVOR and Main OR as needed
Strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced surgical environments
