Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver coordinated care
Precept students or new staff when the unit needs an extra set of experienced hands
Document treatment sessions and contribute to care planning discussions
Support patients through recovery journeys in a critical-access environment

Qualifications

Current Texas state and national PT license
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new grads and seasoned clinicians who enjoy variety

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort treating general ortho, neuro, wound, and post-acute patients
Ability to balance a 7-treatment-hour daily caseload
Strong communication and teamwork approach
Flexibility to cover holidays on a rotating basis
