Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the intensive care unit
Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, supportive environment
Oversee compliance with clinical standards and best practices
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
ICU nursing experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care nursing expertise
Team leadership and staff development
Regulatory compliance and quality improvement
Effective decision-making under pressure
