Roles & Responsibilities

• Join and collaborate with a multidisciplinary neuroscience team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Perform a wide range of neurosurgical procedures, with an emphasis on high-quality outcomes
• Provide expert care in neurotrauma and neurocritical care settings, including the Neurotrauma ICU
• Contribute to the growth of the stroke program as the team works toward Comprehensive Stroke Center designation
• Use advanced neuroimaging and diagnostic tools to guide treatment decisions
• Support stroke rehabilitation efforts in partnership with inpatient rehab and neuropsychology services
• Participate in medical education and mentorship for trainees and colleagues when desired
• Engage in physician-led initiatives focused on collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered outcomes

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of neurosurgery residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery (preferred)
• Neuroendovascular fellowship/training preferred
• Experience or strong interest in neurotrauma, neurocritical care and stroke management
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team including neurologists, neuroradiologists and physiatrists
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available (No J-1 or H-1B)
• Not accepting Locum candidates — this is a permanent opportunity

Education

• MD or DO (required)
• Neurosurgery residency completed; neuroendovascular fellowship preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in neurosurgical techniques and perioperative management
• Familiarity with neuroimaging modalities and image-guided interventions
• Strong skills in neurocritical care and acute stroke management
• Ability to collaborate across specialties in a high-volume emergency and trauma environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care, quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• Teaching and mentorship skills for contributing to medical education
