Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient condition, report changes, and escalate concerns promptly
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and dignity
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to create positive outcomes
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current with best practices

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York (required)
Previous LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen)
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
Infection control practices and adherence to facility policies
Comfort working as part of a team and communicating with families
Time management, organization, and attention to detail
