Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care that makes a real difference
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and record vital signs and patient status with attention to detail
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Assist patients with activities of daily living and promote comfort
Uphold infection control and safety practices to protect patients and team

Qualifications

Active New York LPN license (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to perform 8-hour shifts and provide reliable, consistent care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation
Patient assessment and basic clinical monitoring
Charting and documentation best practices
Infection control, safety, and standard precautions
Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
