Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in your unit
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor and record vital signs, changes in condition, and report concerns promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans
Perform wound care, ADL assistance, and other clinical procedures per protocol
Educate patients and families with clear, respectful communication
Maintain accurate electronic and paper charting to support continuity of care

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — required
Active BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain on hire)
Current immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Comfortable with night-shift responsibilities and clinical skills for long shifts
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities

Education

Vocational nursing diploma or LPN certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical judgment for adult and geriatric populations
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Electronic charting and basic computer skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work collaboratively under pressure
