Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team to keep care safe and effective
• Support bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting while preserving dignity and independence
• Document care accurately and timely to maintain clear communication across shifts
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans
• Contribute to a positive, respectful environment that promotes well-being and recovery

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required
• T-LNA designation recognized and welcomed (Travel LNA experience a plus)
• Comfortable working the evening 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
• Ability to commit to a travel/contract assignment and adapt quickly to new facility protocols
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, patient-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and feeding)
• Knowledge of basic infection control and safe patient handling
• Competent in charting and documentation to support continuity of care
• Ability to follow care plans and escalate changes appropriately
• Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to build rapport with residents and families
