Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily living support to critically ill patients in the ICU
Assist with vital procedures like blood sugar monitoring, EKGs, and catheter care
Help maintain a clean, safe environment by stocking supplies and preparing rooms
Support the care team with duties as assigned while floating within critical care units
Build meaningful connections with patients facing pneumonia, sepsis, heart failure, and more

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Washington
Current BLS certification required
Previous experience in ICU or PCU settings preferred
Ability to work 36 hours per week on rotating day and night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of ICU patient care and safety protocols
Comfortable supporting patients with pneumonia, sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-surgical needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude
