Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin

Start Date: 05-26-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: PM Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Answer call lights promptly to ensure residents feel heard and cared for
Assist residents with activities of daily living including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming
Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse to support timely care decisions
Obtain vitals, weights, and other information as needed to help track resident health
Meet resident needs in a timely manner to promote comfort and safety
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the charge nurse

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant certification required and must be maintained
Current BLS certification required
1+ years of related work experience preferred
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in supporting residents with activities of daily living
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow facility policies and procedures
Compassionate approach to resident care
