Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy services in patients' homes across the Bakersfield area
- Design and implement treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document progress and adjust therapy approaches to maximize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques for continued improvement
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license required
- BLS certification
- Prior home health experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Knowledge & Skills
- Home health physical therapy techniques
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Electronic documentation systems
- Time management and independent decision-making
