Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate intermediate care to cardiac and vascular patients
- Titrate critical drips including Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, and Nicardipine
- Interpret telemetry strips and respond promptly to cardiac changes
- Support post-surgical CVICU patients during their first 24 hours of recovery
- Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and cardiology teams around the clock
- Float to same-level and lower-acuity units as census needs arise
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience with cardiac or vascular patient populations
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry interpretation and strip reading
- Drip titration for blood pressure management
- BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannula troubleshooting
- Post-thoracic, EP, cath lab, and structural heart patient care
- Comfort managing CHF, A-fib RVR, and CVA patients
