Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Start Date: 06-16-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed per week
Hours per Week: 60
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Apply the nursing process to deliver exceptional care to patients in the emergency department
- Educate patients and their loved ones about treatment plans and recovery
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient medical records
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Active or willing to obtain Oregon nursing license
- Current ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of recent emergency department experience in an acute care hospital
- Skills checklist completed within the past year
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities in emergency settings
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
