Virtual Monitor Tech
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for up to 60 patients using advanced IT technology at our Virtual Hospital Setting
- Recognize and report dangerous rhythm changes and arrhythmias following established protocols
- Collaborate with local RN staff to ensure timely interventions and improved patient outcomes
- Accurately document and communicate cardiac rhythm changes through proper channels
- Strive to enhance department metrics while delivering exceptional virtual patient care
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience demonstrating cardiac monitoring knowledge
- Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam with lethal rhythms section (one chance only)
- Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
- 3 years of experience preferred but strong candidates with less may be considered
- Available for 2-3 days of day shift orientation for night shift positions
