Shift Type: Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to elderly residents
Assist with daily living activities to help residents feel comfortable and supported
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Help create a warm, home-like atmosphere for every resident
Collaborate with fellow caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to caring for elderly residents
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of geriatric care principles
Knowledge of infection control practices
Ability to follow care plans and document appropriately
Strong attention to detail
Excellent bedside manner
