Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full-time NOC shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with occasional pediatric cases in the emergency department
Manage ventilators and deliver life-support therapies including BiPAP and Bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, nebulizer treatments, and assist with conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Support intubation efforts and ensure seamless ventilator and CPAP setups using advanced equipment
Collaborate with a lead therapist and 24/7 intensivist team to deliver high-quality inpatient care

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong NICU experience with Bubble CPAP and Level II nursery competency
Proven ventilator management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup for neonates and adults
ABG sampling and analysis
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Team collaboration in a 24/7 hospitalist environment
