Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours
- Assist with daily living activities to help residents feel comfortable and supported
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Help create a safe, welcoming environment for every resident
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in West Virginia
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and assistance techniques
- Infection control practices
- Vital signs monitoring
- Effective communication with residents and staff
- Attention to detail during overnight shifts
