Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, possible weekend shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to clients of all ages in their homes
Conduct thorough admissions, evaluations, and develop personalized care plans
Collaborate with a dedicated team of homecare professionals to deliver coordinated care
Support clients and families throughout Caledonia and southern Essex counties
Strive to achieve the highest level of comfort and independence for every patient

Qualifications

Current Vermont RN license required
At least one year of prior clinical experience
ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, and ASLS certifications preferred
Strong assessment and care-planning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Home health nursing expertise
Patient assessment and care coordination
Comfort working independently in community settings
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families
