Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Nights
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and the care team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications safely and educate patients about their treatment
- Create a safe, supportive environment that promotes healing and recovery
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license or compact license
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience
- Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatric patients preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent communication and de-escalation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced behavioral health setting
- Compassionate approach to patient care
