Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and titrate drips including Cardizem and beta-blockers
- Provide specialized care for adults and geriatrics with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and diabetes diagnoses
- Perform continuous EEG monitoring and respond to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs to maintain safe 1:4-5 ratios
- Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units as needed while delivering excellent care
Qualifications
- Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong cardiac monitoring and drip titration experience
- Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
- Valid driver's license for radius verification
- Positive attitude, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation
- Safe titration of Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications
- Continuous EEG monitoring techniques
- Fast-paced problem-solving and patient advocacy
- Collaborative teamwork across multiple units
