Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver exceptional rehab care
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment goals accordingly
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
- Document treatment sessions accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehab setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Rehabilitation therapy techniques
- Patient assessment and progress tracking
- Exercise program development
- Team collaboration and communication
