Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12 Hour Nights, rotating weekends and on-call required

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional respiratory care to patients in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units
Collaborate with the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager to ensure top-quality patient outcomes
Train and mentor fellow RT personnel in critical care environments
Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and support life-saving interventions
Monitor and adjust ventilator settings to optimize patient comfort and recovery

Qualifications

Active Oklahoma Respiratory Therapist license
Minimum 2 years of RRT experience in critical care settings
Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Strong clinical skills in adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in mechanical ventilation and airway management
Ability to assess and respond to changing patient conditions
Clear communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary units
Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring others
