Start Date: 05-26-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Full Time PM Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Answer call lights promptly to ensure resident comfort and safety
Assist residents with activities of daily living including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Obtain vitals, weights, and other essential information as needed
Meet resident needs in a timely and compassionate manner
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the charge nurse

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
Current BLS certification required
1+ years of related work experience preferred
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification
