Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain their voice and communication skills
Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to create personalized therapy plans
Document progress and adjust treatments to maximize patient outcomes
Float to Mercy Medical Center Redding when needed to support additional patients

Qualifications

Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual needs
Comfortable floating between facilities as needed
