Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10-hour shifts available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient therapy services across PT, OT, and ST disciplines
Provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics
Collaborate with an experienced therapy team including leads, supervisors, and rehab directors
Support home health clients with OT and ST services at the outpatient center
Contribute to specialized programs like early mobility and stroke certification initiatives
Float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings as needed

Qualifications

Current California PT, OT, or ST license required
BLS certification
Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred
Willingness to float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
Geriatric and pediatric experience ideal for ST candidates
Vital Stim certification a plus for Speech Therapy roles

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Comfortable with diverse patient populations and diagnoses
Familiarity with orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary conditions
