Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy care to patients across inpatient, rehab, and sub-acute units
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create impactful treatment plans
- Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, cardiac, and bariatric cases
- Support patients through recovery journeys from spinal cord injuries, strokes, and brain injuries
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered rehab experience
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Comfortable working both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience with spinal cord injuries, stroke recovery, and post-surgical rehab
- Ability to work collaboratively with rehab aides and nursing teams
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Flexibility to cover weekends and holidays as scheduled
