Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to an average of 12 patients per day
- Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of orthopedic and general cases in a small-town setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide flexible coverage in acute inpatient therapy when needed to support the broader rehab department
- Document care and progress clearly while maintaining excellent patient relationships
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to see a wide variety of diagnoses in a community-focused clinic
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Comfort working independently in a busy 10-hour day schedule
- Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when the team needs support
- Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
- Business-casual professional presentation
