Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapy that helps patients regain independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across rehab, inpatient, and sub-acute units
Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
Support patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic procedures
Document care accurately using Cerner EMR

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Comfortable working weekends and holidays on a fair rotation
Experience with swallow studies is a plus for OT candidates

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills
Ability to work with diverse patient populations including ortho, neuro, and pediatrics
Familiarity with Cerner EMR
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
